Breast augmentations are our most popular procedure. It can be performed on any woman aged 18 and
above and in good health who wants fuller, firmer breasts.
Breast implants can be made of silicone gel or saline, although silicone is greatly preferred due to their
more natural feel. Breast implants come in either round or teardrop shapes, different levels of firmness,
and a huge variety of sizes. Other considerations include the location of the incision (e.g. under the
breast, around the nipple, etc.) and the placement of the implant (whether above or behind the pectoral
But if all these decisions are starting to confuse you, rest assured our doctors will guide you through
every step of the way. They will give you their recommendations after a thorough physical evaluation of

Am I the right candidate for breast augmentation?
Any adult woman, in good health and aged 18 and above, who desires a larger bust, can safely go for
breast augmentation surgery. We have performed this procedure on women of all ages, from young
ladies to elderly grandmothers from all over the world. Since it’s the most popular cosmetic procedure,
our doctors and surgeons are very well experienced at performing it.
We do advise clients to ensure they’re in the best shape possible before having breast augmentation
surgery. This means a healthy diet, cutting down on smoking and alcohol, and having an exercise
regimen. All this helps to reduce the risk of developing complications after your procedure.

The implants we use
Since breast augmentations require the insertion of implants under the breast tissue, the choice of
implants to use is a crucial decision. We use only implants made of silicone gel, due to its more natural
“feel” to breast tissue compared to saline. We use implants from Silimed, Mentor and Allergan – the
three top breast implant brands in the market today. Breast implants come in many shapes (low,
medium, high profile and teardrop-shaped) and sizes (anywhere from 100cc to 1,200cc, although the
most popular is 350cc). Textured implants have been proven to have a lower chance of capsular
contracture – a common complication of breast augmentation – hence our recommended use of them.

Choosing the right size of your breast implants
Your cosmetic surgeon will help you choose the right size for your implants, based on a measurement of
your breast and a close examination of how much your skin can expand. You may already have an ideal
size or shape in mind, based on what you’ve seen of previous clients. However, we strongly recommend
to take our doctors’ advice. During consultation, you may try out a support bra with a few different
implant sizes inserted inside. Do remember that a higher risk of complications come with larger sizes of
implants. Your doctor will be able to help you choose the best and safest option.

How do I get my breast augmentation surgery in Thailand?
First, click here for your free evaluation. Once we receive your completed evaluation form, our surgeons
will look over your information and we’ll get back to you with a recommendation and a quote. You may
then proceed to book your surgery date and flight ticket to Thailand. We will pick you up at the airport
and take you to your hotel for your first night, then take you to the hospital again the next day.
At the hospital, you will meet your surgeon for a full consultation and make a decision on the size and
shape of your implants. Next comes the pre-surgery examination – a blood test, X-ray and some other
tests to prepare you for your surgery. If your schedule permits, your surgery will proceed on the same
day, where you will be put under general anesthesia for a 1.5-hour procedure.
You will need to spend a night in the hospital following your surgery. The next day, we’ll pick you up and
take you back to your hotel. You’re free to spend the rest of your stay however you like for the next 7
days, upon which you’ll return to the hospital for a follow-up check. Your doctor will then instruct you
on how to perform a breast massage, as well as anything else you’ll need to know post-surgery.
