Travel advice

As soon as you arrive in Thailand, your Personal Attendant will greet you and your companion at the airport. A VIP car will be waiting to take you to your hotel where you can get checked in. You will also be provided a mobile phone specifically for calling your Personal Attendant, who will be at your service 24 hours a day.

On the day of your surgery, a car will once again be waiting to take you to the hospital. If your procedure requires it, you will stay overnight there, after which you will be taken back to your hotel for your recuperation. Throughout your stay, your Personal Attendant will once again be available to attend to your every need, in particular arranging and reminding you of any post-surgery consultations if required.

Feel free to call your Personal Attendant regarding any questions you might have regarding your surgery; they are all trained nurses who are qualified to provide medical assistance and advice. They can also help you with your holiday activities as well; ask them about interesting places to visit or to arrange for day tours. And if your recovery requires you to stay indoors the first days, we provide a food delivery service from the best restaurants around the city – if you can’t see the sights, let us bring you the tastes.
